A4S Member/Customer Privacy Policy

If you are a registered A4S Member/Customer, we process data including:

  • Contact Information: Name, postal address, email address, social media handles, phone, and fax numbers.

  • Date of Birth.

  • Login Data: ID number, A4S ID, and password.

  • Payment Details: Account numbers, card details, and payment service providers.

  • Purchase/Behavioral Data: Preferred products, purchasing behavior, purchase history, and spending habits.

  • Communication Channel Data: Email and postal mail addresses.

We advise you not to provide more personal data than necessary. We may process other data types only in special circumstances, and we will inform you and ensure a valid legal basis, such as your consent, is secured before doing so.

  • To provide business and product support, communicate with you, and facilitate contact with your A4S Business Owner.

  • To comply with all applicable laws, including data recording requirements.

C. Legitimate Interests

  • To operate, evaluate, and improve products, services, and business operations (including analysis and new product development).

  • To monitor, document, and evaluate participation in A4S events.

  • To prevent and protect against wrongful acts, unauthorized actions, complaints, and liabilities.

  • To ensure compliance with company policies and for internal administration.

A4S does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data internally among A4S entities (as Joint Controllers) and with third parties, including:

  • Relevant A4S entities operating direct sales globally.

  • Your A4S Business Owner (if you choose to connect).

  • Third-party Service Providers: Providers for infrastructure, software, IT maintenance, data management, marketing, shipping, and financial transactions.

  • Government Authorities and other third parties if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

 

5. International Data Transfer and Security

International Transfer

We transfer personal data for internal use and to third-party service providers located in countries outside the country of initial collection.
